Torque setting for fan bolt?

Is there a specific torque setting for the large bolt that holds the fan boss onto the front of the crank?
I have the settings for the bolts that hold the fan to the boss, but not for the boss to the crank.
Haynes doesn't have it listed.

Does this sound right?

"Screws for Blower Impeller." M8 Thread 14.5 ft. lbs.
