After restoring any 4's and 6's I have decided to build a -6 conversion.
I think I have to much time shades.gif
This conversion is based on a rust free '74 chassis which I bought 11/2011


To do list smash.gif sawzall-smiley.gif welder.gif
- welding fender flares....done.... smilie_pokal.gif
- remove all not required -4 stuff
- insert the holes for the oil tank
- welding the repro -6 engine holder
- aquire a 2.7 and convert it to carbs ( I don't like FI)
- overhauling all brake equipment( it has S-calipers)
- paint job

Doing my conversion was one of my favorite projects over the years. Only problem is that there's always another update you want to try.
