and are you taking these numbers under load... on a road test?

whats the altitude difference from durango to Albq?

About 1600 feet if Durango is around 7000 ft, which I think it is. Rio Rancho averages around 5400 ft elevation. The drive up to the Jemez and into the Valle Grande caldera hits just under 10,000 ft at one point, I believe. In between Durango and Rio Rancho the elevation hits 6000-7000 for many miles around the continental divide. Rare air, but nothing a Durango car can't handle I would imagine.

I can't test under load with this setup. I need to get a gauge in the cabin.

Numbers were pretty consistent sitting I the driveway.

11.5 at idle, 11.5 at 2000 rpm and about 11 at 3000. Again no load so not a real good test.

My house is at 6600'.

This motor was jetted at sea level where it was built and I haven't gotten around to re-jetting since it came to Durango.

I don't think the numbers mean anything if the cars not under load

I have one of those same set ups
I tape the cable into the trunk channel and run it in the window with blue tape

that way you can set it between the seats and drive with it powered on
I have the innovate tail pipe tester that holds the o2 into the tail pipe
it does sometime fall out... not thrilled with it... but it works for testing

I do have a bung in the headers right before the muffler so that part would be solid. I might bring the afr with me. It is a borrowed unit so I am being very careful.
