I remember someone posted a photo with notes on it showing what the different tubes were for. If you know where it is please help me find it. 6 Pages of search and no luck so far.

So.. what is the extra hole/grommet between the shift rod and clutch tube.
Basically right where the "G" is. Not what the arrow is pointing at.

It has been bugging me.

Thanks.

Someone probably added something in the past through the firewall into the tunnel.

Looks like the firewall is stamped flat around the grommet?

Should never be typed into a thread on this site. Even I know that!

It was like that when I got it. There is a bump in the passenger foot well also.

There are different firewall panels. Shifter is the obvious difference between early and late. Also where the brake hardline exits.

And where the brake limiting valve (proportioning) mounts was different on 75-76 cars.
