a sinker type EDM would work, now how to get the engine to a machine shop that'll do it???
The allen wrench material should be brittle - possibly a center punch and a BFH could shatter it for removal.
Couldn't find your plan 9 progress thread. You'll need to move these. I cut up a perfectly good early mount bar tonight.
an adeu... Need to build the fixture off of my mount bar tomorrow.
