On the yellow arrowed item mine are so weathered they"re going to come out in pieces.

outer fuzzy out. I've never tried changing it.
I'm right there, right now on my rustoration. Working on removing the track. One of the screws came out. Two are frozen. If a day of soaking in PB Blaster doesn't do the trick. We'll add some fire.
With the window in place I think I'd try one of those orange 90 degree angle HF picks. Start right next to the wing window. Gently pull towards you. Unless its been changed before it will probably come out in chunks.
