Bonhams auction in France today had a tangerine 914-6 for sale lot # 375 but I can't find any results on it, any one here know what it got bid up to?
https://www.bonhams.com/auctions/23262/lot/375/Did not sell! they had a mimimum of 85k€ on the car, and it didn't even came close to that....
Not surprising....it did not look like that nice of an example.
You can always ask the world, but it only matters what people will actually pay.
Good comments, lately we are seeing a few cars coming up that have big prices but lacking in originality/history or condition.
I think the 2 cars recently listed on European Collectibles website to be the best value I have seen for a while, afterall it takes a near 100 point car get to the 100K + mark and are they selling....
IMO a car that is original, low mileage and unrestored has to be worth more than a restored car.
