Are you connecting series or parallel? Troy, I just had a funny image of a 12v battery with the amps to power a toy. Tell us about the battery?

I guess it could be the amps. It is a 12v drill battery.

Well.... when I.suspect that the battery is dead I try to blow the horn. This test never fails. The horn is one of the most power demanding things in the car.

So today the test moves from the bench to the watercooled VW, close to the bench. I'll use that battery.
Thanks gentlemen.

If I remember correctly, the horns can be changed thru the fog light openings.
