1970 1.7 L, in nearly six years in restoration, I've got my engine ready to start on the test stand.
I have the fuel rails primed. Electrical has checked out OK.
Just wanted to get group thoughts on what they do ?
Turn engine over to prime oil pump or just start it.
How long to run it initially, and how or should I vary engine speed much , and to what extent ( rpms)?
Also do I change oil immediately after "break-in".
What do I need to be concerned about ?
Besides everything !!!
Engine is nearly stock (slightly higher compression pistons) with original FI.
