I'm guessin first step would be to contact the U.S. vendor and ask about discounts; Particularly how much discount for given volume, etc...

I PM Aron, with some tips . The pelican deal was 50 orders and half price on anything on the site.
Hopefully It Would work the same as 3 other groups have done it

Just a suggestion, I'd ask 'em about discounts for smaller numbers. It doesn't appear (at least right now) that there are 50 people interested in this deal. Ask them about 10 and 20 and 30 also.
