Getting ready to install the front calipers and realized there are 2 bleeders. What's the process on using 2 bleeder valves to bleed the brakes, I usually just use my bleeder cup with a single hose and start pumping but have never had calipers with 2 ports.

use the top one for bleeding air; the bottom one is for bleeding out the old fluid.

Refresh my memory on this, after doing the brake job and bleeding is there a switch to reset on the master cylinder for the blinking light on the dash. Its been about 7 years since I've done a brake job on a 914.

Yes on the side of the master cylinder where the electrical connection is there is a switch
