I've heard a lot of rumors that the over bore cylinders can not be made to seal. I'm refering to the larger bores like the 103 --> 105mm sizes. Does anyone have some feedback on their setup, how you are making out with them or how you got them to seal up?
Thanks!

One way is to use Nikkies........no problems then with head sealing

Cast iron cylinders warp causing head leaks.
If you had ever seen a case bored for 103's you'd know there's not a whole lot of material left over. Cheaping out at that size is just asking for trouble.
Nickies or 96's are the only way to fly.
