I'm curious what everyone feels are the best colors that show off the 914

If it has flared fenders then I say orange, otherwise white looks clean.

I also like yellow in a flared car. Red in a non flared.

Signal Orange, Tangerine, Conda Green, Canary Yellow

Discussion: if thru some divine act my car was magically transformed to Ravenna Green, Signal Orange, Aubergine, Zambezi or Willow Green, or one of about a dozen other colors, then I would have a new favorite color. Reasonably rust-free and running are far more important.

Although partial to Marathon Blue Metallic myself , I think Olympic Blue is THE color for a 914!

1st. Tangerine.
2nd. Signal Orange (like mine).
3rd. Abergine.
4th. Ravenna green.
5th. Any of the vintage colors like the stone gray in this post.

Nepal Orange is beautiful, how close is that to Signal Orange

I agree. It's darker and more toned down. Goes well with black trim and accents.

Signal seems a bit lighter color compared with Nepal. Both great colors.
