OK I always had Webbers so I new how to adjust them. Now I have Dells and how do you adjust them. Everyone says its like adjusting weber, but they look different. I figured the mixture srew was fine, but what about the red circled nipple, should that be connected to a vacuum hose? My dizzy doesn't have a vacumm connector, if it is for vacuum should it be blocked off
