I don't see how to delete a post, where is that option?

Edit the first post at the top page and change the title to admin delete.

The bottom right corner of your own post next to the "quote" and "reply buttons, there is an "edit" button.
Also, it's helpful when you quote someone, to leave your typed response outside of the html quote brackets so that it doesn't look like part of what you're quoting.
