Be aware the rears are left and right specific. They install with the big end of the loop up and towards the outside of the car. The fronts install with the oval reinforcement up. I have installed many sets and have my own method using a long piece of thread-all to pull them on. You need to knock out the Welch plug to clean out the inside of the A arm or the dirt and crude will get in the splines and interfere with the torsion bar installation.
Good info, thanks Bruce. Is the "welch plug" that little circular cover?
Also: are there different years of auxiliary support / cross member? I am looking at mine scratching my head a bit, as I'm not sure it looks the same as the one on my '72. I had this one off of my '75 project car powder coated. My intent was to put new bushings in it and swap it out with the one on my '72 (and then get that assembly cleaned up).

Rob, I dug out a pair and they fit in a small Priority Mail box.
Cheers Kevin
You are the man. Thank you, sir!
