Eric - being a lawyer sometimes requires you to be "mean." Mean as in, I'm not going to let anyone rip off the hard work of my client and pass it off as theirs and try to get away with it. By the way, I the pedal assembly. As I've said before, I have dealt with many vendors here (Brad, HPH, Bowlsby, Racer Chris, etc.) and I have never had a bad experience. I have shown the pedal assembly to lots of local Porsche guys and they just simply can not believe it. YOU, YOU ARE GOOD!

I really hate to have to waste forum space for posts like these, so guys please excuse my barging into the garage with these issues...

I am not going to take sides on this just as I didnt take them on Kevin's engine. It is not in my better interest to be involved in the drama going on lately. If fact, if it keeps up, I will most likely take a leave from here. Jake has everything under control. Please do not use my name or implicate me in this or any other drama on the forum. Things are under control and I have talked to Skline and so has one of my lawyers. I think that Scott is a good guy in the saga- Nuff said.

At this point these things are still very open as to what will occur next, but someone knows who Arnold is, someone knows that there are counterfeit DTMs being produced or have already been produced and I am using every tool possible to stop it. Unfortunately this person is on this board.

If any one of you had the same thing happen to you- You would also do everything you could to keep it from going to court- I don't have time for that and consider it a last resort but its all in the works as we speak.

So far the Private investigators and 3 different lawyers hasn't been cheap and it may take a day in court to make it all worth while and stop the problem at the source.

I do not want to add drama here either I just want to get to the bottom of something that has been hounding me for weeks, has cost me time and has kept a new product from being released.

With that being said, I will keep my mouth shut here and go back to trying to find Arnold and the molds to my product.
