bummer, I wanted to know how well these work, I was thinking of trying them out............

They have a max pressure of something like 25psi or something. I looked into them and determined that they were not acceptable for high fuel pressure. I ended up borrowing a 37degree flaring tool and doing it correctly.

Sorry guys, the server (or something) was acting up when I originally tried to post the message.."Fatal Error, timeout" I think it said. But, basically I was wondering how well they worked because I don't have a flaring tool and wanted to try them. BUT, I'll be using CIS in a 2.7 and they run lots of pressure so I guess this may not be for me..

have you thought of these ?

when used with the tube nut, they will connect *proper sized* tube with male AN fittings.

i've used them in AN-3 size in brake applications...

the nut provides a compressive taper clamping on the sleeve.

You have the flare the tubing with those. You use them in conjuction with the tube nuts.
