Anybody have a suggestion for a nice thick leather wheel cover for a "73 1.7? Many thanks.

On a more serious note, I did one long ago with a simple FLAPS leather wrap cover that was sew on with thread and two needles. Simple but requires patience.

Stay away from any kits from Alan Gun that are resold in several places. I bought a padded RS kit directly from him. The kit was complete with a nice quality piece of leather but the holes looked like they had been punched by a drunken monkey. I managed to make it work but it wasn't easy.
