You may want to check with Petey at Restoration Designs as he has a 914.

This plate is an original paint, taken from a CA 1975 car that was stored the last 30 years. It’s the nicest original cover I’ve seen in 35 years of 914s.
Not NOS but very easily restored or used as is if cleaned up.
