Hello fellow Teeners
Every year or so, we get to rebuild a 914 engine. This time we are doing a 1.7 to 2 liter rebuild with carbs and 123 dizzy.
The original dizzy did not have the drive shim that goes between the shaft and engine case.
Can someone help with this? The dealer no longer carries it and I'm at a loss if there is an equivalent VW part number so we can source a new or used on

The 123 needs a spacer to sit tight against the case...are your referring to that? If so, 123 sells em.

There's a washer at the bottom of the disty drive, part number 021 105 235. Spring on top is 111 105 233

I checked my stash and found the drive, but no washer or spring.
