As you can see in the picture. My 40 year old Waltmister drop link bushings have worn out. Any chance the 914 bushing listed in 914 rubber fit. Or some other source. Thanks, MarkClick to view attachment

That hoop looks like the stock size.
mlindner
The inside diameter is 3/4" and the width with rubber collar is 3/4"

Looks like a stock bushing would work. At $4 each, cheap enough to try.

The ID of the stock link is tapered toward the middle...not just tubular.
Fingers crossed.

I'm see on a few site that the ID hole is 8mm.....but the bushing with metal insert is 9.5mm ID. So, small bolt that attaches to the A-arm and a large bolt 9.5mm with bushing attaching to the sway bar arm.

OK, maybe I should have taken more pictures. The end with the helm joint is a 5/16 bolt (all good), but the larger end that needs the rubber bushing and metal sleeve is a 3/8th bolt or about 9.45 ID.Click to view attachment

It looks like it would take a front sway drop link bushing if you drill the inner ferrule out.
mlindner
I think your right Mark, will try that. Happy Holiday, Mark L.

IIRC you can just push the ferrule out, then try to drill it out.

They should fit.
