Sorry to have to ask again-I'm old and forgetful...

Putting a 2.2 into a 914 with a side shift trans-which flywheel works best?

Thanks...again
brant
2.2 6 cylinder I assume

Get a 914/6 flywheel
Or early 911 2.0 flywheel

The 914-6 flywheel is stamped with the correct TDC and timing marks. I don’t think the 911 flywheel is. Either one will work but correct me if I’m wrong.

Great info-thanks all.

Yes, a 2.2 6-cyl.

So nothing from 4-cyl, correct?

Thank, HNY

4 cylinder crank has the wrong number of mounting bolts
But clutches can interchange
