Tested my CHT sensor with an ohm meter. Positive to sensor and negative to battery. ohm meter reads 3500 @ 68°???

So it appears I have an 017 instead of an 012. This is in a 75 1.8L Ljet.

017 is the 73’ 2.0l NLA part that is rare as hen’s teeth.

But given how DAPO-ized most 914 are, there’s no telling what’s in there if you didn’t put it there

Tested an old 012 out of the car and it measured 1670 ohms. Tested the one in the car, + to wire lead and - to engine block, 2160 ohms. Tested a spare, 2165 ohms. The spare and the one in the engine are aftermarket with no numbers from Pelican parts.
