Right.

But that rear window is a defroster, not a defogger.

Defogging is done with fresh air and heat. Defrosting is done with the elements on the rear window. ie heat up the window and melt off ice forming outside. (I can't see how that would be a problem in such a small cabin unless you had no heat)

wierd... terminals go on the inside, where they ,meet the harness??

(ive yet to install the harness....

Yup... What are you going to hook them up to? Do you have the circuit already or do you need to run the wires? At any rate, they should be in the cabin.

Kind of ironic since the rear window is way more likely to fog up than get frost on it.

I don't recognize the drawing. I remember from my car that the wires went through the center tunnel, then one up each side of the firewall behind the backpad to the tabs on the glass. Royce can probably nail down the details.
