Anyone have a line on 4 lug to 4 lug spacers? VW/914 pattern?
Aaron Cox
guy on ebay will make you ANY spacer or adapter....

you want bolt on adapter or stud thru spacers? hubcentric?
Joe Bob
The fronts on BAD TUB rub on the inside at full lock...so I need to space it out a bit. I could have haves an 8 up front but went with 7s....that's what I get listening to free advice.... dry.gif

I'll sell you an assload of washers for $50 a side. Custom made.

Sounds like a machine shop visit to me. It's just a spacer and the VW wheels aren't hub-centric or anything crazy.

Just need longer studs.

Get some 1/4" aluminum material and drill some holes. wink.gif

Longer studs....for internal style stockers......good luck finding them.

PepBoys sell 1/4, 5/16, and 3/8 spacers.

I think I get the 6 lug one and have to drill two holes to make it work...

Very cheap also.

I need about an inch....

Way to easy...

Lots of quick and simple jokes flew into my head...

Seriously, Either convince someone with a lathe to make you some (Mike) or the guy on ebay.

I had them stacked up on my racecar...over an inch...but on a street car, I would say get a single piece one.

I had studs also, so it was easy to change the size of the spacers...

I could always press in long studs and do the stack thing. I think the front end is a Karmann Ghia disc brake unit.

Guess I'll cruise the VW forums and look and see what's out there......

Hey Z,

You can find VW Passat or Audi A4 bolts that will work just fine. In fact, I used them over the stock Bug bolts.

Go order some online, I know the Audi guys are always needing longer bolts to fit spacers and their bling rims.

Those newer bolts are MUCH higher quality than any Bugpack POS.
