How many places on the 914 can you name where you would use a triple square (12 point) tool?

I think I read in a thread that there was a bolt in the tranny that used it. So my GUESS is 2. But do I know....

six flywheel bolt + some CV bolts

impeller/fan on /4 motors

I believe that about covers it.

I thought the tranny ones would trip you up....but since it is me and I am into the tranny things it was probably obvious.

....how about the 12 point cap on the left side of the engine for the oil control system?

the oil pressure relief piston is a way bigger size tho...

a 3/8 ratchet extension (no socket) works great....

Triple-squares mount some fans to the fan hub. I think they may be what holds all of the four-cylinder fans together, though.

How about, you pull the door panel to fix a window problem. You put everything back together and now your interior door handle won't open the door.

What did you do wrong?

Easy answer if you've done this before.

BTDT! I switched the window winder and door release screws. Drove me completely nuts finding that one!!!
