Confirmed. It is Dublin. Whew, that was a tough one to solve. The red door on the church nailed it.

edit: Specifically, St. Anne's Church on Ann Street South.

Well, first thing I did was to look at the pay phones. There are web sites that show pictures of pay phones from around the world. Unfortunately that didn't help much. I noticed some signs had some english in them, none were useful though. Then I tried looking up gothic churches and cathedrals of which there were far too many. Then I noticed the door on the church was red. I did a search for red door church and I ended up at photo album web sites of peoples' vacations. Sure enough I found a few of that church. One of them was sharp enough to make out the St. Anne's Church sign on the front.
