Are the rod bolts required replacement?
Recommended. But not required, according to RIMCO. But, at least use new nuts. Summit Racing has ARP for a lot less than going thru ARP themselves.

Are the nuts included? They do not appear to be. I also need a set so let me/us know when they arrive.

O.K. More newbie T4 rebuild questions.
My rods check out dimensionally, can I replace the bolts without having to resize the big end?
In addition, are the ARP Bolts anywhere near the same weight as the stockers?

I got my bolts and nuts Summit had them droped shipped from arp. arp will not sell them direct unless your are a distributor. you need to resize the rod ends after you install the new bolts for roundness. Brad does ARP make all the bolts and studs for the type 4 ?

Bernie,
I bought my ARP thru-case bolts and ARP head bolts from LN Engineering. He had a special if you bought both sets together.
