I have a 73 1.7. I need to fix the fuel sender, but I can not locate on the tank. I read remove 5 screws, what 5 screws? Pls. comment. Thanks.
Allan
The fuel sender is under the overflow tank on top of the tank. There are actually 6 or 8 screws IIRC around the gas cap.

Pull the overflow tank and you'll see the top of the sender.
