Patrick Motorsports sells conversion harnesses that allow you to plug your 3.6L harness into the 914 body harness. all you need to do is run a few more wires (switched and fused power to the ECU for example) and you should be good to go.
unless you already have a /6 in your car, you'll need lots of conversion parts. headers, exhaust, Rich Johnson bulkhead motor mount, KEP stage 2 pressureplate and heavy duty clutch disk, oiltank, thermostat, lines, external cooler (the 3.6L does not have an engine oil cooler!) etc. etc. etc.
