That is pretty neat! A 4 cylinder engine that uses 2 cylinders for power stroke but on every cycle not every other cycle. The firing after TDC seems to me that there would be a power loss. I wonder how the power per cc would compare to conventional engines.

I only wonder how long the intake valve of the burning chamber will resist. It's stil opened while the plug fires.

If it is made out of ceramic, it should last a very long time.
