parting out a 74 2.0 and need to remove the dash pad. it,s near perfect and don't want to destroy it. gauge cluster is out , steering wheel and directionals out. what's the process?

there are half a dozen nylon nuts that hold it down. They can be seen if you lay on your back... There are two that are right behind the gauge cluster and hold down the back of the guage area. You cant really see them but they are up towards the back and a real PITA to get to...but it can be done.
I think you have to remove the a-pillar trim to get it out without damage.
