for seperating the wheel hub (?) from the trainling arm?
I pulled the stub axles out and it looks like I have to press them off the inner wheel bearings? Or is there some special trick to unbolting the outer bearing retainer?

Big hammer or press............
make sure the axle is removed from the flange......
yes, the flange is pressed into the bearings...kiss the bearing goodbye once you remove the flange.

Yup use BFH and a big socket and extension to drive the "hub" out of the rear wheel bearings. Some come out pretty easy others take for- ever to drive out.

I found a 36mm socket the perfect fit to drive it out... maybe that was just me... good luck... have fun!
