It is indeed the E-brake cover. Look where the cables come together with a "W" looking piece, the cover is held on by one screw right there.

The brake caliper piece, if aluminium, goes to a 911 S caliper. Very expensive and great to have. Your car will not have these on there since you have four lug wheels but I believe people are eluding to hoping you find the calipers in there somewhere.

Just call me James. Well I want to get the engine running first. Need to hook up all the fuel lines. I will replace the usual stuff like spark plugs, gaskets, etc... I know I do want to rebuild it eventually. I have a friend who has an engine stand but he is currently using it for his Nissan 240 engine. I do want to restore the car and get rid of all the rust. AXing it is one of my future goals. I need to make a list...a big list...

Nice score. Looks like you have most of the parts you need.
If you want to change the front fender you don't have to section it like it was suggested. You can remove the old fender by drilling out the spot welds that you can get to then cut the bulk of it off before the seam on the door pillar. Now you can get to the rest of the spot welds along the door pillar. Once you get the rest of it off clean up the joints and install the other fender
