You would be surprised what they are phishing for...
I received an E-mail from Dell sent to one of my E-mail addresses notifying me that I had just bought a large screen TV for several thousand dollars and listed an account number....
Logged int the real Dell, entered my new account number, told them I forgot my password, and the password rolls up in my E-mail...
Bottom line.... my E-mail address, somebody elses charge card number, a fake billing address on a non exstent street in Miami FL, a Kali delivery address c/o some guy, and two days for me in DELL HELL talking to India on the phone to clean up the mess.....
And, the only place that E-mail address is posted is on 914World and 914Club....
Remember entering your birthday????
Lurkers abound....
Webcrawlers collect...
