Careful Andy, easy to screw up a tach pulling on the needle. The shops have a little puller for that.

Got it off. I used a pair of flat pliers to get to the metal under the plastic and support two sides, then pulled straight up.
Looks like it worked ...

PS: Now on to printing the new face ...

What are you using to print the new face? I've got my gauges apart with plans to put new faces on them.

Just tell me the new tach face is not a smiley face......
Don't think I could stand a tach that looked that happy.......

The spacing for the blinker lights seems wider.
I haven't looked but can you really change the spacing for the blinker bulbs?

It's a /6 Tach from a 911. That's the spacing it came with ...
