On you it would look good. On your car - daring (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
Without wanting to get into the fashion side of it I wonder how well wool would work as a seat material in a car? |

That is hideous.
Just kidding. I just got 3 yards of "MacLeod of Lewis" for my seats last week. My wife got it for me for our anniversary. I liked Barclay Dress better but don't tell my wife that. It looked pretty close to a plaid available in 1976. I got mine from the Scottish Weaver but I think they all come from the same mills. I think you have a better price. I'll check tonight. ![]() |

I like it... don't forget to make two full sets. Let me know when you need me to drop off my seats. I mean, if they're gonna be twins.. they might as be twins all the way... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) Thanks you're the best.

What color is your tub ? Perhaps you can use the fabric on a spare set of seats, in case you want to switch back . . .

It will look good, I wonder if you can have another synthetic material added to
the back by the guy that does your seats to keep the tartan from stretching as much so it dosen't rip. |

I love it, but like a few others, I am wondering how well it will hold up. I am jonesing to redo my blue tartan seats and the original fabric almost seems like burlap. I also like the courdoroy seats, but finding upholstery-grade material will probably be similarly difficult.

One bottom cushion has 5 large holes, and the other has a slit down the middle. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/poke.gif) Thanks guys for all of your replys! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/thumb3d.gif) |

All that stuff looks great and yella plad is da bom moma! On another note, I personally would go with the fuzzy wuzzy black bear fofur myself.

Lou,
I saw the pic on another thread that originally got me started thinking about doing my seats that way. I want that center consol! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/drooley.gif) |
