The point of this thread is to hear all voices.
Most of you have your favorite marques. I used to, until I experimented. So, what do you/your loving other drive to work? I appreciate those who drive 914's every day, but most of can't, for various reasons. What I'd be curious to know, besides what you drive daily, is - did you but it or lease it? Would you buy one? (since leasing seems to be becoming a lost item). Why do you drive what you drive? Would you buy one again? Do you like it? Hate it? Just curious. Pat |

My daily drivers are, my 2006 dodge mega cab diesel P/U., and my 2003 subaru WRX with some mods on it. Bought the dodge brand new and love it, use it to tow the trailer and haul stuff, the subie is fun and its functional as it has four doors so when we go out with friends its nice to take one car.
None of my 914's are running right now, i have a 73 thats getting a major transformation into a street/racecar with a twin turbo subie six, my other one is a 1972 2.0 that i got awhile back, nice car just been sitting awhile, and gotta get it running again. And my newest one is a 72 race car with flares and slicks and all that good stuff. My weekend drivers are my 1998 cobra convertible, for when the weather is nice. and I also have a 1987 buick grand national, I drive that when i want to mess with the ricers, hey its only just a six (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) , but that is coming apart soon for a whole new short block and aluminum head and bigger turbo. And then i got all my other misc projects |
