The point of this thread is to hear all voices.
Most of you have your favorite marques. I used to, until I experimented. So, what do you/your loving other drive to work? I appreciate those who drive 914's every day, but most of can't, for various reasons. What I'd be curious to know, besides what you drive daily, is - did you but it or lease it? Would you buy one? (since leasing seems to be becoming a lost item). Why do you drive what you drive? Would you buy one again? Do you like it? Hate it? Just curious. Pat |

I must have a truck for hauling gear to shows. My last three have all been full size chebby's. I really miss my last one - totally loaded and super comfortable - it was a 2002 and I just traded it in with 176k because the transmission was giving up the ghost. It was also just an extra cab, so while the kiddos car seats fit fine for now, it would have become an issue in the not to distant future. This, combined with the fact I am playing a tenth as many shows these days led me to my new Honda. I wish the bed was 2" taller (deeper), but other than that, It has worked great for the past few months. I cant beleive how much gear I can fit *inside* this thing. That, combined with the additional trunk that is located in the bed, it has really made this a pretty good overall purchase for us - the huge factory rebates didn't hurt either....
