George, i've only ordered new parts from you and the bird. Distance plays a large part in delivery times for sure, however, it's almost like the order doesn't even get processed for a week. I'm not a basher of you, and I take the time in to account when I order parts. I don't think you should take this as my competitor is doing better than I am, rather what are they doing different than I am to keep people happy. Constant improvement, no matter how small, is what customer service is all about. Just let people know if they are ordering a rare, or used part, there is going to be a delay due to the amount of work involved to retrieve said part. I will continue to order from you in the future, as well as the bird, GPR, etc..
