I agree, PP has great service. I have not seen this level of customer service anywhere else- whether related to car parts, or to anything else. I wish evey company in the world had this type of customer service.
Not to create a debate, but I also have to add that I have had very good service from AA. For example, I called AA today and placed an order. I just checked my email, and have a delivery notice that my parts are supposed to be delviered tomorrow. I can't ask for any more. I am thankful for all the suppliers of parts for our old cars. I really l ike the newer AA internet site with exploded diagrams, etc. JoeO |
