The end of October is almost here, gotta start planning next years vacation. The last WCR party before the end of the world December 21, 2012!
So is anyone planning this event or are we voting on where it's being held? |

San Luis Obispo?? MarkB will do it!
Just kidding!!!! I like SLO, great night life downtown for those that want. Drive north on the coast for the twisties. Cambria for lunch or Cayucos. Might be aboe to get some other local P car guys to join. My concern would be rain the later in the year it goes and SLO is real nice this time of the year but north on 1 tends to be cooler with fog. I can also guarentee that by that time I will have Shat or goten off the pot with GPR. Never been to an event ( (IMG:style_emoticons/default/hissyfit.gif) ) so what are the likely things people will want to do. How many "drives" need to be planned? I used to work at a resteraunt/hotel so I might be able to get a deal there. Used to work construction with John Madonna (Madonna Inn) so might come in handy. Mark works for the State so we might get an in at one of the nearby state parks. Grandfather has the record for the highest speed on the 101 with a police escort bringing up the rear. I just might do this if everyone wants SLO jonathan hwgunner (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif) |

I love SLO! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
I started my automotive career there, dropped out of college and took a job as a janitor at the VW/Porsche/Audi dealership. My wife graduated from Cal Poly and my daughter wants to transfer to Cal Poly. Jim |
