I was at the weekly antique car show in Pomton Lakes this thursday and all the cars had Historic plates (there was a yellow 75 or 76 1.8 there for sale, no owner insight if someone is interested) After getting home I was wondering what the advantage of having these plates would be?

In VA the Historic plate restricts you to 500mi trips, special events, and PERFORMANCE testing (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)
NO state inspection or county sticker is required. I don't need a ford/cheby guy telling me what my teener needs (IMG:style_emoticons/default/mad.gif) The cops around here will not bother you unless you are acting like an ass. I drive mine to work 2-3 times a week, no issues at all. Lets hope PA has something similar Cheers (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif) |
