Oh my God...... what a hard lesson. Its amazing the crap we eat and the pressures put on kids to perpetuate it.

I swear all the fatties in the US should live in japan for a year. not going to be swigging on their 2 liters of mountain dew or eating meals which are 2-3x the size they should be. I am 143lbs and I was feeling slighted on my meal size there!
