Oh my God...... what a hard lesson. Its amazing the crap we eat and the pressures put on kids to perpetuate it.

I haven't seen the movie yet but read somewhere that he consumed 6000 calories each meal (or something in that order). In all fairness to McDonalds and the other fast food chains that is a ridiculous amount to eat. Even healthy things can be bad for you if you take them in excess. Moderation and variety is the key - not avoidance all together.
