Both my '73 and '71 have crummy rubber adjustable side mirrors. what did the originals look like. I have seen pictures with round and rectangle and although both of my cars have (2) mirrors, I think the originals only had (1)

True, there were changes. But short of dumpster diving at the pick n pull or hanging out in the classified, you’ll only find late mirrors.
