Yeehaa, i finally got a Quaife (Dave at GPR is great!) and now its again gearbox time.
This seasons saldo was 3 final drive's and 5cv's, so i'am running out of spare parts, still one set of fd though. Does anyone have picture and/or dimensions of the special mandrel P258? Could also buy one if someone have extra to sell. I need to adjust my final drive. I might still need to do the job without proper tools (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) any ideas for that? Thank's guys.
Ok, the special tool is then out of the question. I was thinking about the colour thing so thats it then. Ken, the bolt thing was also new to me, i have to check that one. Did you found the grooved bolts or are you using some other way to secure those bolts? I have the Russek book where is the info about setting the backlash and pre-load.
