about 5 years ago i bought a kingfisher cooker that uses propane and wood. can get balzing hot for grilling or nice and low for smoking. nice unit.
but.... if i had a chance to do it again, i would buy a pellet grill from these folks... traeger pellet grills you use wood pellets of different woods (alder, hickory, cherry etc.) and you can smoke or grill on one unit. i have had steak and smoked goods cooked on one of these grills and it was the best i had ever tasted. no affiliation yada yada yada..... just a good unit.... |
