I am thinking about converting the 2.0 to a six with HP in the low 200s, but before I go on with the conversion, how fast will the car be, what other cars can it beat, 0-60 times.

Well lessee. My 240SX had about 220 wheel horsepower, and would set down a 13.7 on street tires. It weighed about 2800 pounds. 2800/220= 12.7 pounds per horsepower
If your 914 puts down 200WHP and weighs 2100 pounds... 2100/200=10.5 pounds per horsepower. That makes you, let me consult my dictionary of highly-technical terms...... freaking fast!
